New Delhi: Nawazuddin Siddiqui is going through an unending rough patch for quite some time. The actor was recently accused by his brother Shamaas Nawab Siddiqui of 'buying' his house help's clarification after she apologised to Nawaz in a recent video. Nawazuddin Siddiqui's house help Sapna Robin Masih had earlier accused the actor of 'abandoning' her in Dubai. Later, in a video, she retracted her statement and alleged that all that was said earlier was spoken under pressure.

Reacting to the developments, Shamaas took to Twitter and shared an article regarding Sapna's change of statement. He tweeted in Hindi, "Scripted hai yeh (smiling face with smiling eyes emoji). Kitno ko kharidoge? Bank balance khatam na ho jaaye, aapka toh kaam bhi choupat hai aur ruki filmon ke kaaran film industry ka 150 Cr atka rakha hai. Sahi hai, kabadi, dalle aur bakre bechne waale hi isko haankte huye narak mein lekar jaayenge."

In a video shared by Times Now, Sapna said in Hindi, "I do not want  that bad things should happen to you (Nawazuddin). I know you are good. I'm really sorry about this; about the he video that you saw on social media. I'm so sorry, sir. The case that madam did was a false one. I don't want any action against you... My mistake is not forgivable but I apologise to you."

For those unaware, Nawazuddin had starred in his brother's debut film 'Bole Chudiyan'. However, as per reports, the two brothers had arguments during the film's production. As per a DNA report, Shammas accused his brother of sabotaging the film and not promoting it well.

Earlier, a video of 20-year-old Sapna was posted online in which she sobbed as she claimed she had been abandoned in Dubai. The lawyer for Nawazuddin's wife, Aaliya, posted it on Twitter, claiming that she had not been paid her wage because of visa expenses.

With their two children, Shora and Yani, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya relocated to Dubai in 2021. Aaliya and her children moved back to India last year, renting an apartment in the Yari Road neighbourhood of Mumbai.

For the unversed, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, are now involved in a contentious legal battle over the property. According to reports, things between the two started to go south when Aaliyah returned to Mumbai from Dubai with her kids. She allegedly got into a fight with Mehrunisa Siddiqui, Nawazuddin's mother, who then reported her to the police. Aaliya later claimed that she was denied entry to the bathroom and food while being harassed at home.

Nawazuddin and Aaliya got married in 2011.
