With a naughty smile and bubbly nature, Prachi Desai stole the hearts of many with her debut serial 'Kasam Se'. Soon, the actress made it to the big screens with 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbai'. Her latest release 'Azhar' also won her critical and mass appreciation. In a latest interview, Prachi Desai did some candid revelations about her love life.

Prachi Desai gave an interview to 'Filmfare' where she spoke about the idea of being in love. She said, “I’m just like anybody else. I’m having fun in my life but I guess the press is damn lazy when it comes to me. They never try to find out. I’m discreet and smart about things.”

She admits she’s seeing someone but not seriously enough to talk about it. “When we reach that comfortable space, we will speak about it. But not right now,” she states. She added, “Keeping a relationship going is tough because we can’t give each other much time. We sacrifice sleep and make late night phone calls. When people can’t give time, misunderstandings crop up. But we manage… there’s an understanding and patience,” she says. Ask her what love means to her and she laughs, “Love is something that drives you crazy… I can’t believe that I don’t know how to answer this. Do you believe me now when I say I’ve still not reached that point in this relationship?”

Prachi stated, “I’m not the kind who will stalk you. I drive a person crazy just by ignoring them. He had absolutely no idea why I was giving him the silent treatment because he had no idea I had flown there. It worked wonderfully,” she smiles. It’s refreshing to see her joke and laugh about something that had hurt her in the past. “I’m a practical person. Even though I’m sensitive, I can’t dwell on situations and let them affect me. I deal with things internally. People around me won’t even know what’s going on. I’ll never create a scene. Maybe after some time has passed, I’ll tell them off in a civil manner. It can be a little unhealthy at times but that’s how I deal with it.”

The wise-for-her-years Prachi is however clear about commitment. “I’ll never forgive infidelity. It’s silly to give second chances, I wouldn’t,” she says. She has no plans of marriage in the near future either. “It’s my time to have fun, work hard and enjoy. Marriage is out of the question at the moment.”
