Mumbai: Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal's fans have not been able to control their excitement ever since the rumours about their wedding surfaced on the internet. Although the two alleged lovebirds are yet to confirm their relationship, gossip mills suggest they have planned their wedding next month.
Why Katrina-Vicky Didn't Opt For Destination Wedding?
While the likes of Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli opted for a destination, Katrina and Vicky have reportedly decided to get married in Rajasthan. If a recent report in an entertainment portal is to be believed, the duo didn’t plan a wedding at a foreign due to two main reasons.
Katrina and Vicky will resume work after tying the knot as they have jam-packed schedules. They didn’t opt for a destination wedding because of their schedule and the COVID-19 situation, the report in the portal said.
“Opting for an international destination wedding would have meant more days away from work which they cannot factor in right now due to their impending schedules. Also, the covid situation is again a cause of concern. Therefore, it was best to keep it in India,” a source told Bollywoodlife.
When Are Vicky-Katrina Getting Married?
According to a report in Pinkvilla, Katrina and Vicky’s wedding festivities will take place between December 7 to December 9 at Six Senses Fort Barwara. The two tinsel town celebs will wear outfits designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee for their special day, the report said.
Their rumoured big fat Punjabi wedding will take place at a grand resport in Rajasthan. The duo will also get hitched according to Christian rituals.
Katrina-Vicky's Upcoming Films
Katrina is gearing up for the release of 'Sooryavanshi', which will arrive in the cinema halls on November 5, 2021. The action drama co-starring Akshay Kumar has been directed by Rohit Shetty.
Kaif also has 'Tiger 3', 'Phone Bhoot' and 'Jee Le Jara' in her kitty.
