New Delhi: The Coronavirus pandemic has forced the people to stay indoors at their home. The citizens are religiously following social distancing to keep COVID-19 at bay. Bollywood celebs are making full use of their free time during the lockdown period. From washing dishes to cooking for their loved ones, the tinsel town stars are keeping themselves busy.

Varun Dhawan took to Twitter and Instagram to share an adorable throwback childhood photo with his mother Lali Dhawan. The ‘October’ actor posted a heartfelt note along with the picture.

“Ma and me. We were always meant to be Through holidays and quarantine Ma and me  were always meant to be together #keepyourfamilysafe,” the caption for the post read.



Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages. Bollywood stars including Dia Mirza and Aditi Rao Hydari also dropped comments on the post.

Varun Dhawan recently shared a lockdown-themed rap to urge the fans to remain at home and follow the lockdown. The ‘Sui Dhaaga’ star posted a quirky video on Instagram to create awareness on the nationwide lockdown.

Interestingly, the video featured PM Narendra Modi’s televised speech in which he announced the lockdown as a precautionary measure. The rap video also had clips from ‘Teletubbies’ and Shah Rukh Khan & Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s ‘Devdas’.



On the professional front, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in ‘Coolie No.1’ opposite Sara Ali Khan. His last release ‘Street Dancer 3D’ couldn’t create much magic at the box office.
