Mumbai: Sabbir Khan directorial “Baaghi” raked in Rs.11.87 crore on its opening day in India.

Trade analyst Taran Aadarsh tweeted: "#Baaghi has a HEROIC start. TERRIFIC in mass circuits. Plexes picked up in evening. Fri ₹ 11.87 cr.

"Baaghi" is also doing well overseas. It minted close to $232,000 at the Gulf box office across 66 screens on Thursday, read a statement.



Baaghi has also become the third opener of 2016 after 'Fan' & 'Airlift'.


The Sajid Nadiadwala production brings forward a story of two rebels and how they turn out to be emotional anchors for each other.



The film features actors Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor and Telugu star Sudheer Babu.
