Nana Patekar leads a team of many women scientists on their journey to find a vaccine. Bringing back memories from the pandemic, the 'Vaccine War' trailer shows the trials and tribulations the scientists went through to create India's indigenous vaccine which would help prevent the spread of a deadly virus.
As the subject of the film suggests, most of the cast members are seen in masks throughout the film.
Frequent collaborators: Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi are seen in teh Vivek Agnihotri film.

'The Vaccine War' is said to be inspired by scientists and researchers who worked tirelessly to develop the lifesaving COVID-19 vaccine as the globe was hit hard by the pandemic.
Special screenings of ‘The Vaccine War’ were held in the United States as part of Vivek Agnihotri and Pallavi Joshi's India For Humanity tour recently.
Directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri 'The Vaccine War' will feature Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi as lead characters.
The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and the release date is set for September 28, 2023.
