Sushant Singh Rajput’s Family Files Caveat In Supreme Court After Rhea Chakraborty Moves Apex Court Seeking Transfer Of Investigation!
“In my latest letter I have requested the PM to direct the Enforcement Directorate and NIA be asked to investigate the circumstances leading to the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Subsequently we can have a SIT consisting of CBI and these two national agencies,” Swamy tweeted on Thursday.
Enforcement Directorate will soon start investigation in Sushant’s death case. The ED officials have asked for a copy of the FIR and important documents related to the case from Bihar Police. The agency will also probe the money laundering angle as Sushant’s father has alleged that Rs 15 crore were transferred his son’s account.
Swamy mentioned about ED probe in his second tweet. He wrote, "I believe ED investigation has been ordered."
Advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari, who was appointed by Swamy to initiate a CBI probe into Sushant's case, shared the copy of the letter on Twitter.

Subramanian Swamy’s letter read, "The need for a CBI enquiry has become even more necessary because an FIR has been registered in Patna on a complaint filed by the father of the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Thus, now two states are investigating in the matter arising from the same sad event of the unnatural death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Therefore, it is in the larger interest of justice that there should be a single investigation which is not possible as the Bihar Police and the Mumbai Police are not collabrating."
Earlier in the day, Swamy shared a document on Twitter to list out 26 points why he strongly believed that Sushant was murdered.
Sushant Singh Rajput's case took a new turn when his father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and five other people charges of alleged abetment to suicide. Singh lodged the complaint at Patna's Rajiv Nagar Police station.
