The makers of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma’s ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ have unveiled the trailer of the film and we have to say it’s simply awesome. The film has been making waves ever since the first poster was shared on social media and now the trailer is expected to increase the anticipation among the movie buffs. Varun and Anushka are teaming up for the very first time in their career and the two actors have nailed the ‘Desi’ look and have got into the skin of their characters. The film is said to be a tribute to the handloom styles of India and the trailer gave us a glimpse of it.

Sharat Katariya has brought on-screen a heartfelt story from our Indian hinterland. Varun plays the role of Mauji, a tailor, while Anushka essays the role of his wife Mamta. The film is all about finding respect through self-reliance and Mauji & Mamta prove the same.

The trailer gives us a glimpse of Mauji, who has to take up odd jobs as he is unable to find work as a tailor. His wife Mamta doesn’t like her husband working for such an employer who keeps on humiliating him. Together, the couple decides to start a business they can call as their own.

Their path is not easy as they encounter several problems while realizing their dreams.. The story is inspiring and a special shout out to the dialogues which will definitely strike a chord with the fans.

The makers have opted for authentic costumes for the film which blends perfectly with the film's backdrop and we need to applaud the costume designers Neelanchal Ghosh and Darshan Jalan for the same.

The trailer ended with the dialogue, ''Ab zindagi ke cycle me marna padega medal, chahe mile ya na mile medal,'' making us eager for the film.

The official Twitter handle of Yash Raj Films shared Sui Dhaaga Made in India's trailer with the caption, ''because it's time for threads, sewing machine, action.''
