Veteran Bollywood filmmaker Subhash Ghai, who has directed films like 'Pardes', 'Karz', 'Hero', Ram Lakhan', Karma', 'Saudagar', 'Khalnayak', Taal' among others, celebrated his 74th birthday two days ago on 24th January. To celebrate the special occasion, Subhash Ghai's daughter Meghna Ghai Puri threw a surprise birthday bash for her father which was attended by many popular names from Bollywood. Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit Nene & other celebs attended Subhash Ghai's birthday bash.

Other guests who attended the bash included the likes of Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Shreyas Talpade, Ramesh Taurani, Satish Kaushik, Alvira and Atul Agnihotri, Ronit Roy, Randhir Kapoor among others.

On the career front, Subhas Ghai last directed 2014 film 'Kaanchi: The Unbreakable' which featured Mishti & Kartik Aaryan in lead roles. The film failed to do good business at the box-office. Post which, Subhash Ghai is yet to announce his next directorial venture.
