Pakistani actress Sajal Aly who played late Sridevi's onscreen daughter in acclaimed movie 'MOM' got engaged to her long-time lover and fellow actor Ahad Raza Mir.

The much-loved Pak couple announced their engagement on social media with a caption that reads: “Here’s to new beginnings, “Today we are happy to announce that with the blessings of our families we are officially engaged.”“Our special day will be even more special with the love and prayers of our family, friends and fans.”


Mir and Aly have shared the screen in several television serials including Aangan and Yakeen Ka Safar and are extremely popular amongst youths.

Soon as the duo shared the good news with fans, several celebrities including Mahira Khan reacted as congratulations poured in the comment section.

Sajal Aly made her Bollywood debut alongside Sridevi, Adnan Siddiqui, Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 2017 movie Mom. The story revolves around the struggle of a mother (Sridevi) who takes law in her hand to punish her stepdaughter’s rapists. Sajal had received rave reviews for portraying the character of Sridevi’s estranged stepdaughter.
