The trailer of Hansal Mehta's 'Simran' starring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role is finally released and the three times National Award winning actress is back with a bang playing an outgoing girl yet again who resides in the USA.

Film, reportedly, inspired by the life of an NRI nurse, who was imprisoned for robbing banks to pay off her gambling debts has Kangana playing a divorcee who lives life on her terms and can be seen wooing guys.

Seen in a carefree and jolly avatar, Kangana is a Gujarati girl named Simran Patel and she is a kleptomaniac (Kleptomania: an irresistible impulse to steal, stemming from emotional disturbance rather than economic need) and a gambling addict.

While confessing her flaws to a man who's interested in her, when told "that it's ok if she had many boyfriends in past", she says that to woo a man is “not a character flaw, but an art.” (ladke pataana to talent hota hai, mai real character flaw ki baat kar rahi hun).

In the latter half of the trailer, Simran is seen on a robbery spree with cops chasing her. Seeing her crying at one point too, makes one believe there is a tragic side to her character too.

The mystery revolving around 'Simran's happy-sad character will unravel next month with the release of 'Simran' on September 15th.

In parts, the film reminds you of her film 'Queen' too.
