New Delhi: Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar, who is basking in the success of her latest release 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' opposite Kartik Aaryan, made her acting debut opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha. Last seen together in 'Bala', Bhumi is now all set to reunite onscreen with  Ayushmann once again. The 'Saand Ki Aankh' actress will now be seen sharing screen-space with 'Vicky Donor' actor in 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan'.


Bhumi Pednekar, who played lead role in 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhaan' opposite Ayushmann, will continue her association with the franchise and will be seen in a special appearance in the second part which deals with the subject of homosexuality.

Talking about having Bhumi in the film, producer Aanand L Rai said: "Bhumi is a part of 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan' family and we couldn't imagine making 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan' without her. She has a very special appearance in the narrative and we are extremely happy to have her on board."

To this, producer Bhushan Kumar added: "We are delighted to have Bhumi join the cast as a special appearance in the film. Bhumi's association is one that adds value to the storyline, she is an amazing actor and I am glad she is part of our film."

Bhumi has already completed shooting for her  'Shubhn Mangal Zyada Saavdhan' cameo in Varanasi over a two-day schedule.

While the first part, revolved around the subject of erectile dysfunction, the second part will be a same sex love story in which Ayushmann will play the role of a gay. Also featuring Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Pankhuri Awashty, Maanvi Gagroo in important roles alongside Ayushmann, the film is slated to release on February 21.
