New Delhi: Shreya Ghoshal joined her supporters in their displeasure at her exclusion from the "dream team" behind Tum Kya Mile, the most recent song to be released from Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani film. Despite the fact that Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal sang the song, the trailer for the movie that was unveiled on Tuesday listed Karan Johar, Pritam, Arijit Singh, and Amitabh Bhattacharya as members of a "dream team" without giving Shreya any credit. The latest song from the romance-drama stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.
Fans of the singer are upset about the occurrence, and the singer herself moved to Twitter to repost a remark that said, "I for real hate the second priority treatment given to @shreyaghoshal when she's infact singing the most beautiful part of the song!" Her timeline no longer displays the retweet.
The singer later shared a tweet which reads as, "After so long a song that defines the perfect comeback of the great rich musical romantic #KaranJohar style Bollywood that we missed so badly! #TumKyaMile is pure love"

Everything started when Karan posted the teaser, which referred to the "dream team" as consisting of Amitabh Bhattacharya, Pritam, Arijit Singh, and Karan Johar. In response, a person asked, "Where is name Shreya Ghoshal in the teaser?" in the comments section. At the very least, give Shreya Ghoshal credit. Another person chimed in, "@karanjohar why only male singer?
While this was going on, another person spoke up in favour of the creators, saying, "For people in the comments raving about Shreya's name not there, chill out guys. They just wanted to mention the dream team they have formed in the past few years. ADHM, Kalank, Brahmastra all of them are Arijit+Amitabh+Pritam+Karan Johar. There is no credit stealing going on here. Shreya is mentioned in the tags and she will be in the music video as well.”
'Tum Kya Mile' is the first song to be released from Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer that marks Karan Johar's return as a director after six years.
