Shahid Kapoor's half brother Ishaan Khattar just wrapped shooting Director Danish Renzu's 'Half Widow' in  Jammu & Kashmir, the film he is working on as a first assistant director.


The super cool brother of Shahid's is reportedly making his bollywood debut with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions 'Student Of The Year 2' opposite Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan[MORE DETAILS].

Ishaan has however started his journey by assisting directors on their Films. Playing first assistant director for 'The Illegal' and currently 'Half Widow' which is a story of a Kashmiri woman whose happy life takes a drastic turn as her husband is made to disappear and her brother loves and protects her in her struggle as a half widow. Ishaan was in Srinagar with the film's crew early this month.

Wrapping up the shoot only 3 days ago, Ishaan then went trekking and having fun satisfying his wanderlust.

Ishaan posted series of breathtaking pictures from the shoot and the super fun clicks post the film wrap.

In another picture Ishaan can be seen flauting his six pack abs and we see snow in the background. This was Ishaan's first time in snow and hence he captioned the picture, "Lost my snow virginity ?"



In another cool picture Ishaan is seen with the 'Half Widow' crew and he writes, "Satisfying my #wanderlust with the A-team"



He posted yet another fun picture and captioned it.. "Overexcited hiking"



Ishaan was born to Shahid's mother Neelima Azeem and her husband Rajesh Khattar.
