New Delhi: Sara Ali Khan, who is gearing up for the release of ‘Atrangi Re’, shared an appreciation post for her co-star Dhanush. The star kid took to social media to share stills from her much-awaited film along with a sweet note. She called Dhanush an ‘inspiring actor’ and ‘helpful team player’ and thanked him for his constant motivation and support.

The ‘Simmba’ actress, who will be seen playing the role of a Bihari girl, was all praise for Dhanush. She wrote, “Most inspiring actor, most supportive friend, most helpful team player, and most importantly my dearest Vishu.”
“I cannot imagine this journey without your selfless help, constant motivation and of course your delicious sapda. Thank you for making this already most special journey for me forever unforgettable,” Sara added.
Sara's aunt Saba Ali Khan dropped a comment on the post. She wrote, "Can't wait! All the best to the entire team." Fans have also flooded the comments section with their messages.
Sara has been hogging all the limelight ever since the song 'Chaka Chak' was unveiled. Shreya Ghoshal's magical voice and Sara's dance moves have been instrumental in making the song a huge hit.
‘Atrangi Re’ Release Date
The musical romantic drama co-starring Akshay Kumar will premiere on Disney+Hotstar on December 24, 2021. The film was originally slated to hit the silver screens in August; however, it got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis.
The movie, which has been directed by Aanand L Rai, will focus on the story of Rinku (Sara), who is forced to Vishu (played by Dhanush). The makers have promised to entertain the movie buffs by taking them on a rollar coaster ride filled with emotions, drama and music.
The trailer and songs of ‘Atrangi Re’ have managed to strike a chord with the audience. Considering the hype around the flick, trade experts are expecting it to perform well on the leading OTT platform.
