New Delhi: As the rain-battered Kerala continues to battle floods, Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, Sushant Singh Rajput and Anushka Sharma have contributed the relief organisations working towards the welfare of victims.

Salman Khan is one of those celebs who reaches out to needy people and helps them. When this calamity happened, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ actor was shooting in Malta. But he took to twitter and expressed his concern. He wrote, “Still deeply saddened by the calamity that has hit Kerala, my heart goes out to all who have suffered a loss and very happy to hear all the souls who have gone back to help out the victims.”


After this, actor Jaaved Jaffrey’s tweet raised specualtion that Salman has donated money got Kerala relief funds. He wrote, “Heard @BeingSalmanKhan donated Rs 12cr for Kerala.. this man is something else.Kitnon ki duaein leke chal rahi hain isey. God Bless you bro. Love and #Respect.”

Well, soon Javed deleted the comment and again tweeted, “I had tweeted that I had ‘heard’ about @BeingSalmanKhan‘s contribution. Because it was a very strong possibility given his track record, I put forward my thoughts and admiration. Taking the tweet off till I can confirm it.”
