Kareena's driver Jairam has not reported to work since Tuesday and this is not because he is on a leave but because he has been missing since a week!
Jairam's family members have been visiting Saif Ali Khan and Bebo's Bandra residence every day to get some information only to return empty handed. Neither Jairam's family nor Bebo and Saif have an idea about their driver's whereabouts.

As per the reports on SpotboyE, '' Jairam used to organise chit funds with his friends, some of whom were also B-Town celebrities’ drivers and it seems one of them ran away with 13 lakhs. Unable to bear the pressure, Jairam slipped into chronic depression, as the other members of the chit fund demanded their money and threatened him with dire consequences.'' One such occasion was when Saif was recently hospitalised after a minor mishap on the sets of his upcoming film. Bebo was depending on Jairam for her visits to and from the Andheri (West) hospital, but he was MIA.

Fed up of his unprofessional behaviour, Saif and Kareena finally gave him a warning when he reappeared last Tuesday. Jairam reacted strongly and threw the car keys before walking away.
