Ram gopal Varma today at the trailer launch introduced the cast of 'Veerappan' and also gave some interesting informations about the film.

  • 'Veerappan' is very different from 'Killing Veerappan' (South). This one is more of a biopic. Where we see the life of his wife, his journey and killing.

  • 'Veerappen' also has a streak of romance. It was very interesting how he proposes his wife.

  • Ramu has this infamous tiff with Anurag kashyap too. When asked about his relationship with him now.. He got witty with the reply..."i love him and he hates me" i love some of his films and he hates all my films".

  • Interestingly Anurag ia also coming up with a film around  that ti. E which has a similar premise KILLING so Ramu says lets see who kills better.

The lead actor playing 'Veerappan', Sandeep Bharadwaj is from NSD. His wife is played by Usha Jadhav. Film also stars Liza Ray.
