New Delhi: After unveiling Deepika Padukone’s first look on Monday, the makers of ‘Project K’ have shared the first look of actor Prabhas from the big-budget film, also starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani.

Vyjayanthi Movies, the banner behind 'Project K', shared the poster on its official social media pages. "The Hero rises. From now, the Game changes. This is Rebel Star #Prabhas from #ProjectK," the production house captioned Prabhas' first look from the multilingual film.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, the upcoming sci-fi movie is one of the most anticipated films of Indian cinema.

Earlier, Deepika’s look was also released in which is seen staring somewhere intently. In the sepia-toned visual, she exudes an intense aura, leaving viewers intrigued and eager to unravel the mysteries that lie within the film's narrative.

Prabhas is currently in the US along with Haasan to unveil the film's official title, trailer, and release date on the first day of San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) on July 20.

At the event, the 'Project K' showcase will host conversations and performances, providing audiences with a glimpse into "India's vibrant culture and awe-inspiring world of science fiction".

Deepika Padukone will not be part of the launch of her upcoming film "Project K" at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in the wake of the ongoing strike by the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Radio and Television Artists (SAG-AFTRA) in the US.

The actor-producer, who is a member of SAG-AFTRA, will give the event a miss in solidarity with the Hollywood actors union, according to an industry insider.

"With the SAG-AFTRA strike underway, the union has specified that actors cannot provide promotional or publicity services.

"That extends to appearances at conventions, such as the San Diego Comic-Con. Accordingly, as a member of SAG-AFTRA and in line with their membership regulations, Deepika Padukone will not be attending," the insider said.

According to the makers, "Project K" will be the first-ever Indian film to debut at the Comic-Con.
