Bollywood's 'desi girl' Priyanka Chopra has made every Indian proud after establishing herself as a global icon post 'Quantico'. The National-award-winning actress, who tied the knot with International singer-actor beau Nick Jonas, has now added another feather to her cap. Priyanka Chopra is set to have a wax statue at Madame Tussauds Museum in London. The announced has been made by the  official social media handles of Madame Tussauds Musuem.

Few minutes ago, a video has been posted on the official Twitter & Instagram handles of  Madame Tussauds Museum in which Priyanka Chopra can be seen interacting with the team members while giving measurements so that her wax statue can be made soon.  The video has been captioned as, "She's coming to London @priyankachopra"

Today (7th February), Priyanka Chopra launched her first wax statue at Madame Tussauds New York. Whereas, her wax statue in London will be launched later in 2019.

This is indeed a great news for the fans of Priyanka Chopra!

For the uninitiated, Madame Tussauds Museum in London also has the wax statues of many popular Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Madhuri Dixit and Katrina Kaif.

On the Bollywood front, Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in 'The Sky Is Pink', directed by Shonali Bose, also featuring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in important characters. 'The Sky Is Pink' marks PeeCee's return to Bollywood after a gap of three years as her last Hindi film 'Jai Gangaajal' released in 2016. The much-awaited flick is expected to hit the theatres later this year.
