'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na' actor Prateik Babbar, who is also the son of veteran Bollywood actors Raj Babbar and Smita Patil, finally got married to writer fiancee Sanya Sagar in a traditional  wedding ceremony in Lucknow yesterday (23rd January). The much-in-love couple's exchanged marital vows in a close-knit affair in the presence of their families and close-friends. Also, politicians like BSP chief Mayawati and SP President Akhilesh Yadav too attended the couple's wedding as Sanya is the daughter of BSP leader Pawan Sagar.

The couple's pre-wedding wedding festivities started on 22nd January with haldi and mehendi ceremony in which Prateik and Sanya had a great time.

For the uninitiated, Prateik and Sanya have known each other for almost a decade and are in relationship since last two years only.

On the professional front, Prateik featured in films like 'Dhobi Ghaat', 'Dum Maro Dum', 'Aarakshan', ''Ekk Deewana Tha' among others after 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na'. Following a battle with substance abuse in 2013, Babbar took a break from movies as he went to rehab. After gaining sobriety, Prateik made his Bollywood comeback with Tiger Shroff & Disha Patani's 'Baaghi 2' last year. POst which, he was also seen in 'Mulk' and 'Mitron'. He will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Chhichhore' featuring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles.
