India’s former President and one of the most revered politicians of the country Pranab Mukherjee, breathed his last on Monday, August 31, after several days of illness. “Pranab da” as people across and outside political circle would fondly call him, had been in coma since a brain surgery earlier this month. He was listed as the Best Finance Minister in the world as per a survey of Euro money magazine in 1984. Mourning the demise of this great personality, Bollywood celebrities took to their social media and expressed their condolences.

Kangana Ranaut tweeted, “Such a terrible news, he will be etched in our memories as one of the finest leaders and an absolute gentleman #PranabMukherjee”
