New Delhi: Several Bollywood celebs including Salman Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan extended warm wishes to PM Narendra Modi on his 70th birthday on Thursday (September 17). While Salman shared a throwback picture with PM Modi, SRK posted a tweet on social media to wish the birthday boy. Karan Johar, who was recently spotted at the airport along with his kids and mother Hiroo Johar, also shared a post on Twitter to wish PM Modi.

Karan, who has faced backlash from the netizens after Sushant Singh Rajput's demise, posted a heartfelt note while wishing PM Narendra Modi.

“Happy Birthday honorable PM @narendramodi ji! It has been my good fortune to discuss love for movies and the impact of our cinema on the global footprint with you. Your graciousness, warmth & understanding has always served as a guiding light! Wishing you health and happiness!,” KJo wrote on the micro-blogging site.

While replying to Karan’ post, PM Modi lauded the filmmaker’s passion for cinema. He tweeted, “Of course! Your passion towards cinema is adorable. Thank you for your wishes.”
