The 'Miss Tanakput Haazir Ho' director Vinod Kapri finally shares the much awaited trailer of his next film 'Pihu', a social-thriller which is reportedly world's first film to star only a 2 yr old child who's the lead protagonist. Myra Vishwakarma aka 'Pihu' will get your heart racing at some moments and skip a beat on the other when she finds out her mother lying unresponsive in her bed and explores the aparment in the absence of any adult to look after her. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP and Siddharth Roy Kapur's Roy Kapur Films and Shilpa Jindal.

The 2 mins long trailer of the film which is based on a true incident tells the horrific tale of a toddler who finds herself alone at home unattended and attempts to do things on her own and which involve huge risks. Aptly the film's tag line is 'Every parent's worst nightmare...!'

Trailer begins with the adorable introduction to the cute 'Pihu' who like any other kid can be seen having fun at home watching TV, citing nursery rhyme "nani teri morni ko mor le gaye" and playing around carelessly. And then there is a lull...

Pihu (Myra) happens to lock herself inside the fridge ending up in panic and calls out for her mother and father. Moments later she gets out and approaching mom's room she finds her lying unconscious in bed. She tries hard to get mother (played by Myra's real life mother Prerna Sharma) to respond saying "Uttho na mumma!!!".

The struggle of the little soul begins here sending chills down our spine when she climbs down the stairs on her own, when she tries to heat her food in the oven and then on gas stove, when she climbs up a cupboard to attend to the phone call that's apparently from her father who's away and unaware of the situation but the mobile falls on floor instead, when she slips on the wet floor, when she trips on things lying on the floor. The electric items are hot in the household and the geyser bursts too. The most shocking moment however was when Pihu approaches the balcony of her high rise building carrying her doll in her arms but it happens to fall through the grills. And what is every parent's biggest fear is what we see Pihu doing.... climbing up on balcony to look down for her doll!

Trailer ends here making us very impatient and hopeful for Pihu.

The national award winning director Vinod Kapri who's a former journalist has got the fans intrigued with the trailer and they are already giving it a thumbs up with their comments they are leaving at the YouTube link.

Here's how fans reacted to 'Pihu' trailer:

One wrote - "What the hell is that ???? horror movie dekhne pe v aise darr nhi laga tha jitna is trailer ko sirf dekhne se laga ......... The cast and crew nailed it"

Another wrote- "Oh - my - god I'm totally speechless ... What a trailer ... Goosebumps"

When Vinod Kapri was asked how tough was it to shoot with a 2 yr old, he told IANS in an interview last year - "Well, we had to act along at times. For instance, there was a scene where she opened the refrigerator and started throwing vegetables. On set, before shooting the scene, we started playing a game of throwing vegetables everywhere, and then she joined us." Journalist-turned-filmmaker Kapri had also spent months with Myra(Pihu) before starting the shoot. Her parents Rohit Vishwakarma and Prerna Sharma were on the set all this while too.
