The party track features the entire star cast Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey. The song has been recreated by Gourov-Roshin and sung by Dev Negi, Subhro Ganguly and Arpita Chakraborty. The foot-tapping song is penned by Kunwar Juneja.
The original version was sung by Kishore Kumar and was penned by Anand Bakshi.

While the men can be seen all dressed in blue suits for the song, the leading lady Madhuri can be seen showing off her dance moves in a stunning gown. The third instalment of the film brings the ‘Dhak Dhak Girl’ and the evergreen Anil Kapoor together on the silver screen after 19 years, making the film even more special. The two were last seen sharing screen space in the 2000 Thriller/Drama 'Pukar.'
The song makes good use of bling and has a catchy beat to it. It shows how every character is behind a suitcase which has truckloads of money in it. However, by the end of the song, they come to realise that it is empty.

The trailer of the film was released a few weeks back and the cast is seen at their comic best in it. From unbeatable comic timing to catchy punch lines, to upbeat music, the trailer features everything that one can expect from a Bollywood comedy film.
The trailer also features Sonakshi Sinha, who can be seen dancing to a number in the film. Apart from Sonakshi the trailer also features Mahesh Manjrekar, evidently essaying a villainous character.

The film is the third sequel to the 2007 'Dhamaal' and much like its first part, 'Total Dhamaal' follows a group of people, who are trying to outrun each other in their quest for hidden treasure.
The film is scheduled to hit the big screens on February 22.
