The fan asked  her- "What was it like meeting Shahid for the first time considering he's a star?"

Mira replied with - "Just like meeting anyone for the first time. Interesting. It was actually when i was 16 and we were at a common family friend's house for a concert by a Sufi singer. Both our Dad's love that kind of music".

24 year old Mira is 13 years younger than Shahid Kapoor.

The families of Shamira are part of religious group Radha Soami Satsang Beas and this connection played key role in their wedding. Shahid-Mira tied the knot on 7th July 2015. They are now parents to two adorable kids Misha and Zain.
