Mumbai: Actress and TV presenter Mandira Bedi organised a puja in memory of her husband Raj Kaushal, who passed away on June 30 after suffering a cardiac arrest. Bedi performed the puja ceremony at her house, a month after her hubby’s untimely demise. 


Mandira shared a photo wherein she and her kids, Vir & Tara, can be seen offering prayers for Raj Kaushal while sitting around a hawan kund. The ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ actress posted the photo on her Instagram story along with the caption, “30th day.” 


Mandira and Raj had adopted a baby girl, Tara, in July 2020. The 'Shanti' actress recently celebrated her daughter's fifth birthday and expressed her love for Tara on social media. She wrote, "28th July ! One year today since you came into our lives, sweet sweet Tara.. And so we celebrate you today.. it’s your 5th birthday, my baby. I love you so much."

Bedi also gave the fans a glimpse of Tara's birthday celebrations on her Instagram story. She shared a photo of the customised birthday cake, which she ordered for her daughter.




Last week, Mandira had shared a family photo to thank her loved ones including her parents, son Vir and daughter Tara for providing the support post her husband's demise. She wrote, "Only Love. Grateful for my family and all the love, support and kindness ."



On the professional front, Mandira Bedi will be next seen in a Tamil film titled 'Adangathey'. The makers of the movie have managed to keep the details under wraps.
