New Delhi: Bollywood actress Malaika Arora’s building in Bandra was sealed by BMC officials after a resident tested positive for Coronavirus. The building was turned into a containment zone after one resident was found infected with COVID-19. According to a report in a leading daily, Malaika Arora’s building named Tuscany was sealed on June 8.


The entire building was properly sanitized after a person tested positive for the virus, the report in Hindustan Time said. Singer Sophie Choudry, who also resides in the same building, shared a video on Twitter.

Sophie tweeted, “Getting our building sanitised .. Thank you @BabaSiddique @zeeshan_iyc for arranging this! The team was lovely and so helpful.”



According to a report in Instagram page @bollywood.scuttlebutt, Malaika Arora’s sister Amrita Arora’s father-in-law is the resident who tested positive for COVID-19. He lives in the same building. Amrita revealed that her father-in-law has now recovered from Coronavirus.

“Yes...He recovered and is healthy Thank you,” Amrita was quoted as saying in the report.



Talking about Malaika Arora, the ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ girl is spending her quarantine with son Arhaan Khan and their pet dog Casper. The tinsel town diva recently shared her ‘various stages of lockdown’ on her official Instagram handle. She posted a collage of pictures in which she can be seen flaunting her beautiful skin. Malaika has been quite active on social media throughout the lockdown. She even showcased her culinary skills while making ‘Malabari’ veg stew and besan laddoos.

Malaika was last seen judging the dance reality show ‘India’s Best Dancer’. Geeta Kapoor and Terence Lewis are the other two judges on the show.
