Salman Khan was in Delhi at the trailer launch event of his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma's debut film produced by his productions SKF that stars debutante Warina Hussain in lead role. Before introducing the lead stars of the film, Salman was talking about the new faces in the inustry and that it is important for newcomers to have interesting personality. While talking about his own first film 30 years ago, 'Maine Pyar Kiya' in 1989, Salman shared his experience and how he was worried that another superstar khan Aamir Khan's film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak's success in 1988 made him more nervous during his first film the following year.

"I think whenever you see faces of people who can make your head turn, they should be launched. It's not just how they look," Salman said at the event in Delhi just a while ago.

He began by saying that it's time for the newcomers to entertain audience, which obviously, wasn't agreed upon by the media in attendance. "Aap log  hum log ko kab tak dekhte rahoge? [hamesha! hamesha!!-shouts media]Correct hai! Hamesha! lekin new talent...matlab jab hum aaye toh hum bhi aayush aur warina ki tarah the...mmm.. 'Maine Pyar Kiya' mei aur usse pehle ek film aayi thi..[Biwi Ho To Aisi- a voice from media]..aapko yaad hai? mai bhoolna chahta hun, aap mujhe yaad dilate rehti hain! So we've come from there, wahan se shuru huye the..nervous the us waqt ki kya hoga career ka aur aaj bhi waise hi hain kyonki har film apna career decide karta hai.. hamaara specially! Toh ye hai! I'm sure Aayush and Warina are as nervous today ki trailer appreciate ho na ho..phir film jab release hogi tabhi bhi ekdum nervous honge.. picture chal jayegi toh uske baad agli film kaun si milegi.. kya hoga us film ka and so on so forth nervousness! hamesha maintain rahega aur because of the nervousness aage jaage hoga kya ki everyone's gonna be serious and working hard in their professional lives."

He further said - "Since Sooraj Barjatya ne ek ladke ko launch kiya tha, dono ladke hi the us waqt Sooraj aur mai toh uska naam us waqt tha Salman Khan, aaj bhi wahi hai! Toh i thought ki this is the best thing to introduce more and more talent into the film industry. Yahin se mila hai aur yahin pe denge!"

Mini Mathur who was conducting the event, then asked him - "Do you remember how nervous you were when your first film was releasing?"

Salman replied - "So hit hone ke baad sab log bade confident ho jaate hain.. but release hone se pehle aur film chalne se pehle i was really really nervous kyonki ek aur ladka rehta tha Bandra Pali Hill mei uska naam hai Aamir Khan!(crowd laughter) Uski picture chal gayi thi!(referring to 1988 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak') Now it would've sucked if Aamir's film did well and mine did not do well! So i was really nervous for that."

When asked whether it was important to have X-factor, Salman told reporters, "Yes, they have it in their personalities. I don't know where I lack that, but everyone I see has some quality in them."

Warina and Aayush's trailer has received mixed reactions from the fans.
