New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor Khan, who will be soon seen in Abhishek Chaubey's 'Udta Punjab' with her former boyfriend Shahid Kapoor, has revealed that she finds the concept of not working with the person one has dated earlier "outdated."
A recent post on the 35-year-old actress' official Twitter page reads, "It's an outdated concept that people who have dated each other can't work together."
A link alongside the post speaks about the whole story in detail, where Bebo said that though they are in the same film, the two did not shoot together.
But with this, the ' Ki and Ka' actress added that she would love to work with him, because they are actors and "professional people."
"Why should our emotions come in the way of our work?" she added.
However, according to a leading web portal, Kareena refused to promote ' Udta Punjab' along with the 35-year-old actor.
Reportedly, it took a lot of coaxing from director Abhishek Chaubey and co-producer Ekta Kapoor to make the 'Refugee' actress attend the trailer launch along with the team.
