A Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) team demolished parts of Kangana’s Bandra bungalow for alleged unauthorised modifications/extensions. The Bombay High Court has put a stay on the demolition drive at the ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ star’s property.

Kangana headed straight to her Khar residence after arriving in Mumbai. While she shared photos and videos of BMC’s demolition on social media, she won’t go to her bungalow as the actress will stay under home quarantine for 14 days. Her sister Rangoli will also observe home quarantine. BMC has a 14-day home quarantine rule on arrival of domestic passengers for inter-state travel during the COVID-19 crisis.
Kangana launched an attack on Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and said that his ‘ego would be destroyed’ just like how her house was demolished. She added that she now understands how Kashmiri Pandits felt after her property was vandalised. The ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress said that she would now make a film based on Kashmiri Pandits.

Several Bollywood celebs including Anupam Kher, Ankita Lokhande, Dia Mirza, Prasoon Joshi extended support to Kangana after the BMC demolished a part of her property in Mumbai.
On the professional front, Kangana has three big projects in her kitty including 'Thalaivi', 'Tejas' and 'Dhaakad'.
