NEW DELHI: It looks like, Justin Bieber's India 'Purpose' Tour is set to become the first and only act in the history of live events and concerts in India, to have an investment of four million USD.
Breaking all records, this will be the most expensive tour, undertaken by any artist or promoter in the Indian sub continent and that's not all, the tour is expected to be a sold out event in less than 24 hours.
The expected footfall ranges between one lakh-1.5 lakhs, an attendance that wasn't even seen at concerts helmed by Coldplay, Bryan Adams, Akon and others in the past in the local sub continent.

The Maharashtra Tourism Board will be supporting the tour, which may increase tourism by 10 percent, while business for the locals (transport vendors and hotel associations) will see a rise by 30 percent during the tour month.
Arjun Jain of White Fox India, sole promoters of the tour states, "This is by far the biggest ticketed concert to be hosted in the Indian sub continent . The main aim is to ensure all ticket holders and fans have a seamless experience before, during and after the concert and hence the organizers are capping the show well in advance. We will begin preparations for the tour two months in advance."
Tickets will go live on February 22, while the fans have started pre-registering for the tickets on February 15. Tickets will be priced Rs. 4,000/- upwards.
The 'Purpose' World Tour has already mesmerized fans and critics alike across the United States, Canada and Japan last year and will tour throughout Europe before landing in Australia and New Zealand this year.
