New Delhi: 'Jawan' starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayantharam Vijay Sethupathi released in thetares today. As fans and audiences throng even early morning shows, here is a quick Jawan first half review for those who have been waiting in anticipation.
Jawan starring SRK, Nayanathara is a mad action ride that has all the masala elements.
There is dance, drama and high-end action to watch out for and everything less cringe and way better than Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan'.
SRK in various avatars is a delight to watch.
Notable scenes in the film include the actiom sequence between Nayanthara and SRK, revelations of SRK’s double role, and the chemistry between SRK and Nayanthara.
'Jawan' director Atlee also makes a cameo in the 'Zinda Banda' song.
The best part about Jawan is that in sequences, it feels like many different films and yet makes sense as a whole.

According to ticket aggregator BookMyShow, a total of 7.5 lakh tickets have been sold in India for 'Jawan'.
The film has sold around 3 lakh 91 thousand tickets in national chains, including PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the advance booking update on X.
The advance box office numbers are also doing great. As per trade analysts, the Atlee directorial has already surpassed Pathaan’s advance bookings number,
Manobala Vijayabalan, a film trade analyst, posted an update about Jawan's advance booking on X. He said that the action flick has already made Rs 51.17 crore globally. 'Pathaan's opening day advance booking of Rs 32 crore in India was quickly surpassed by 'Jawan's first-day box office figure.
"BREAKING: Jawan hits half-century even before release at the worldwide box office. Advance sales Day 1 – India - ₹32.47 crore and overseas - ₹18.70 crore [$2.25 million- reported locs]. Total worldwide gross - ₹51.17 crore. Also, Shah Rukh Khan beats Pathaan opening day advance booking of ₹32 crore in India," Manobala Vijayabalan wrote.
'Jawan' is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film released worldwide in theatres on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
