About Ramayana
An important Hindu epic, the Ramayana recounts the life of Prince Rama, who is said to have been the seventh avatar of Vishnu. The enchantment of this ageless tale is brought to life on the silver screen in this animated version.
‘Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama’ depicts key scenes from the Ramayana, including Rama's exile, Sita's kidnapping, Hanuman's dedication, and the final confrontation between Ravana and Rama. Being one of the first animated representations of a sacred Hindu book, it stood out for its lively animation, musical composition, and accurate interpretation of the epic.
