New Delhi: Veteran actress Sridevi's death anniversary is on February 24, and her daughter, actress Janhvi Kapoor, wrote a heartfelt letter to her mother expressing how she still misses her "mummaa." Janhvi took to her official Instagram handle to share a picture of herself with her mother, apparently from an event that the mother-daughter duo attended together.

The picture shows the two actors having a conversation while they were clicked candid by the photographer. Sharing the picture, Janhvi penned an endearing note for her late mother. She wrote, "I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hoping I’m making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you. ❤️"

As soon as Janhvi dropped the post, other actors from the industry including Rakul Preet Singh, Athiya Shetty, Manish Malhotra, Bhumi Pednekar and others, reacted on the heartwarming picture with heart emojis.

Sridevi's husband and filmmaker Boney Kapoor also shared a post in the loving memory of his wife. He wrote, "You left us 5 years back …… your love and memories will keep us going and will remain with us forever…."

On February 24, 2018, Sridevi passed away in Dubai. Her accidental bath tub drowning is what caused her death. She travelled to Dubai to attend a family event.

The 2017 movie 'Mom', in which Sridevi also starred and received a National Award posthumously, was her final appearance on the big screen.
