Iulia called this horse her favorite. The location of both the pictures also looks similar. The timing of Iulia's Insta post has made Bhai's fans wonder if she is jealous of Elli Avram!
Posting the picture riding the same horse, on the same spot and with Salman Khan [hidden in the pic] does make us believe so too!
But Salman deciding to shoot the Ad with the same horse also looks like a sweet gesture for his girlfriend.
