New Delhi: It has been more than 6 months that the talented actor Irrfan Khan left for his heavenly actor. Known for his spectacular performances that he has portrayed on screen; it is still hard to believe that the powerhouse of talent is no longer with us. Irrfan’s elder son Babil Khan keeps on sharing throwback memories of the late actor on his social media and relive the moments spent with him.

Babil recently took to his Instagram and shared a throwback picture with his father. He wrote while sharing the picture, “Probably the first time he saw me perform on stage.”

Also, on the completion of the ‘Piku’ actor’s 6-month death anniversary, Babil shared a picture where Irrfan can be seen standing on a boat with his son. Both of them are wearing winter clothes. While Irfan is wearing a beanie on his head, there is a muffler on the neck of Babil, which tells that both the father and son had gone out on a boat to visit the sea in the wintertime. While sharing the photo of the father-son duo, he wrote, “2 man squad.”

Babil also shared an adorable video of Irrfan with his wife Sutapa Sikdar where the ‘Maqbool’ actor can be seen singing ‘Mera Saaya Sath Hoga’ with his better half. Babil’s caption read, “Mera saya ki tera saya? Dropping ma off at the airport now :(‘

Irrfan Khan died of colon infection on April 29, 2020, while he was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. He was also fighting the war against the dangerous cancer neuroendocrine tumors from 2018. He even went to London for treatment of this disease and returned to India after undergoing treatment for almost a year. Actor Irrfan Khan stayed away from Bollywood for a long time due to his treatment.

Irrfan Khan was last seen in the movie ‘Angrezi Medium’.
