The legal battle between the two stars took another turn when an image showing Hrithik embracing Kangana surfaced online. Hrithik's legal team had also slammed the leak of his "intimate" photograph, saying it did not tell the full story.
Sussanne, who separated from Hrithik in 2013, also shared an image that seems from the same party. The photograph shows the then couple holding each other closely.
She tweeted: "Pictures are photoshopped and untrue stories carry too much weight. Another picture for the record. I support Hrithik in this".

Yesterday, reports were making rounds that Sussanne was overheard discussing about her ex-husband and Kangana’s case with her family at the Istanbul airport.
However, Sussanne refuted the reports on Twitter and posted: “Hello DNA you wanna know what I am thinking..So sorry you will never know. So continue guessing.”

Kangana is set to record her statement as a witness in the alleged imposter case, filed by Hrithik, this Saturday. 29-year-old Kangana and Hrithik, 42, have be en at loggerheads since the "Queen" star purportedly referred to the actor as the 'silly ex' in an interview.
Hrithik, who was the first to send the legal notice to Kangana, has demanded that she apologise publicly and clear the air about their alleged affair which he firmly refutes.
Kangana has slapped a counter-notice to the actor alleging him of 'slut-shaming' her by circulating private mails and photos that she sent to him. Kangana maintains that they had an affair.
Hrithik, however, says Kangana was corresponding with an imposter and he has filed an FIR with the cyber cell of Mumbai police to investigate the matter, besides his legal notice.
