New Delhi: The ‘Honsla Rakh’ cast is all set to reunite in a film. Shehnaaz Gill, Sonam Bajwa and Diljit Dosanjh will soon be seen in a romantic comedy called ‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’.
The makers announced the same on Tuesday. Diljit Dosanjh also shared the announcement on Instagram along with the first look poster. The animated poster shows Diljit standing with a group of girls in lehengas.
On his left and right, we see Sonam Bajwa and Shehnaaz Gill’s animated feature. The graphic art on the poster looks stunning.
Diljit captioned the posters, “Ishq ne Ghalib Nikamma kar diya Varna Aadmi Hum Bhi theey kam ke 😍💥🎉🎊#RannaChDhanna Movie Releasing in Cinemas worldwide 2nd Oct, 2024!!! 🥳🤩💃🏻🕺🏻.”
The poster has a backdrop of a historical place and looks stunning.
‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’’ will be directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, who also helmed the 2021 romantic-comedy Honsla Rakh.
Dosanjh said he is thrilled to reteam with Bajwa and Gill on Ranna Ch Dhanna, which he said is more entertaining than their last outing.
Audiences immensely enjoyed my pairing with Sonam Bajwa and Shehnaaz Gill in 'Honsla Rakh' and now we are back with even more fun, comedy, romance and entertainment with 'Ranna Ch Dhanna', the actor-producer said in a statement.
Diljit Dosanjh was last seen in ‘Jodi’ alongside Nimrat Khaira. The romantic-comedy period film was written and directed by Amberdeep Singh. The film's extensive soundtrack consisted of 15 songs which were composed and produced by Tru Skool. 'Jodi' was appreciated by critics and audiences alike.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz made her Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan in ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ and Sonam Bajwa was seen in the super-hit film ‘Carry On Jatta 3’, which is the third installment of the successful franchise.
The film, produced by Thind Motion Pictures and Storytime Productions, is scheduled to be released worldwide on October 2, 2024
