New Delhi: Actress Kajal Aggarwal has been away from Hindi cinema for three long years.
While the actress is quite active in Tollywood, lack of good Bollywood scripts has kept her in a 'hibernating' mode in the north.
When ANI asked her why she took such a long gap from the B'town, the actress laughed and said, 'I was hibernating.'
She continued, "Just joking. Well, I have always been attracted to good scripts, irrespective of the language. I was down south doing good Telugu and Tamil films."
The 'Singham' actress said at present she is just concentrating on balancing work from both the industries.
After 'Special 26', Kajal has done ' Do Lafzo Ki Kahani' in which she plays the role of a blind girl.
"I have never portrayed the role of a blind person. It was a challenge for me because we made sure that everything that I do, looks real. I spoke to kids from blind school and spent time with them. The toughest part was to keep my eyes still. I would have crazy headaches after each shot but I had to do it because 'no pain, no gain.' Even if I had to look in a direction, I would turn my head instead use my eyes," the 30-year-old actress elaborated while revealing about her role.
In south, she recently appeared in 'Brahmotsavam' alongside South Indian super star Mahesh Babu, which turned out to be a big failure at the box-office.
