The glimpse of the film that stars Shraddha Kapoor in all transformed look as don Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar was much awaited and it's finally here creating waves.

The chirpy and bubbly Shraddha plays Haseena-the queen of Mumbai who was known as 'Aapa' when she got introduced to the world of crime after her husband Ismail’s death who was shot dead by Arun Gawli's gang in 1991.

The film shows the journey of how Haseena who was just a normal wife, daughter and sister turned into a gangster.

The one minute long teaser sends chills down spine.

Shraddha’s brother and Shakti Kapoor's elder son Siddhanth plays her on-screen brother too and we get a glimpse of him as Dawood.

On working with sister Shraddha on the film, Siddhanth told PTI - "I am really happy to be working with Shraddha. It is going to be the most challenging film for both me and Shraddha and I am sure both of us will pull it off".

Siddhanth also revealed that Sonakshi was supposed to play Haseena earlier.

Initially, it was Sonakshi Sinha who had agreed for the role but she later opted out.

"I was part of the film much before Shraddha came on board. Sonakshi (Sinha) couldnt be part of the film due to date issues and (director) Apoorva (Lakhia) felt (that) Shraddha was the right choice," Siddhant had told PTI before the film went on floors last year.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia the film is set to release on 18th August 2017.
