After breaking many records at the box-office with his last two releases 'Padmaavat & 'Simmba' in 2018, Bollywood heartthrob Ranveer Singh is all set with his next film 'Gully Boy'. 'Gully Boy' is one of the most-anticipated films of this year in which Ranveer & Alia Bhatt will be seen romancing onscreen for the very first time. After various posters and teaser, the makers of 'Gully Boy' have finally released the film's trailer today (9th December).

Film's lead star Ranveer Singh shared the trailer on his Twitter account with the caption, "His words will set him free. #GullyBoyTrailer out now."


Ranveer Singh plays the character of an underground rapper from the slums of Mumbai who dreams of making it big with his rapping talent.  The actor looks perfect for the part and his rapping in the trailer is quiet engaging. Just like Ranveer, even Alia's character rebels against the society to achieve her dream.Alia-Ranveer are looking great together & their fresh pairing is one of the highlights of 'Gully Boy' trailer. Whereas Kalki Koechlin, who is playing an important role of a music producer in 'Gully Boy', made her presence felt in few glimpses.

'Gully Boy' team has wonderfully captured the gully vibes & the film's tag line “apna time aayega” is apt. Ranveer & Alia are looking outstanding in 'Gully Boy' & the trailer will surely raise the curiosity around the film.

The Zoya Akhtar-directorial is inspired by the lives of Mumbai street rappers Divine and Naezy and is all set to hit the big screens on Valentine's Day, that is, February 14.
