Recently, Suhaib Ilyasi, the maker of Indian film “Ghar Wapsi”  announced that Ghulam Ali will launch the movie’s music in the capital on April 4, after “a brave but failed attempt” to do so in Mumbai earlier this year. Now the latest buzz is that Ghulam Ali ''Ghar Wapsi'' music launch has been cancelled again in Delhi!

According to reports, Suhaib Ilyasi has filed a complaint with police that  Visnu Gupta, a leader of Hindu Sena, has threatened to disrupt the launch. The director told media that Ghulam Ali and he received threatening call from Gupta who said his group would not let the event to happen.

Delhi police have assured Ilyasi that adequate security would be provided at the venue of the event.   The music launch of the movie Ghar Wapsi  was cancelled in January this year after Shiv Sena issued the similar threats. Ghulam Ali had cancelled his visit to Mumbai following the threats.

Suhaib Ilyasi's work on the script of ''Ghar Wapsi'' has been going on "silently" for several months. Ghar Wapsi also stars Alok Nath, Farida Jalal, Reema Lagoo, Deepak Tijori and Zarina Wahab, and includes the work of singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Shaan apart from Ghulam Ali. While talking to the mediapersons, filmmaker Suhaib Ilyasi said that he will be deeply saddened if they are not allowed to carry on with the music launch. The film, according to him, is not against any religion and people should not have any fear whatsoever.
