One of the most awaited festivals in Maharashtra, Ganesha Chaturthi is here again when the devotees of lord ganesha welcome him into their homes. The 10-day festival has started from today (2nd September) and various film & TV stars celebrate it wholeheartedly to seek blessing from 'bappa'. Few celebs bring the idols of 'bappa' a day before in their homes to start the festival from midnight. Vivek Oberoi was one of the first celebs who brought home his 'bappa'. Apart from Vivek, other Bollywood celebs including Shilpa Shetty too bring home the sacred idol.


Shilpa Shetty, who is set to make her Bollywood comeback after a gap of 13 years with Sabir Khan's 'Nikamma', is a staunch believer in Bappa and brought him home last night. The actress got snapped while bringing Lord Ganesha's idol home and was all smiles.




Sonu Sood too brought Bappa home last night and was clicked by paparazzi with his family.




Sanjay Dutt and Manyata Dutt brings Bappa home almost every year and this year is no different. This time Sanjay Dutt's son Shahraan Dutt got snapped performing the first aarti as he brought Bappa home.
