New Delhi: Ishaan Khatter, Wamiqa Gabbi starrer film's trailer has been unveiled. 'Fursat' is entirely shot on iPhone 14 Pro. It has been directed by National award-winning filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj who has previously given films like 'Haider', 'Omkara', 'Kaminey', and 'Maqbool' among others. A unique concept of time machine where Ishaan can look into the future; the film does not feel like it's been shot on an iPhone. The visuals of the trailer looks stunning.

Makers shared the trailer of 'Fursat' on YouTube with a synopsis that read, "A tale of time that is waiting to be told. A mystery soon to unfold. Apple and award-winning director, Vishal Bhardwaj present “Fursat”, a fantasy love story shot entirely on the iPhone 14 Pro. Watch Ishaan as Nishant in “Fursat”, streaming now on DisneyPlus Hotstar."

The trailer of 'Fursat' looks grand and for a film shot on a phone singularly, this is a remarkable feat. A dance sequence choreographed by Shiamak Davar in which features the lead hero Ishaan Khatter is seen. The visuals look simply remarkable as does the tension built on the time machine; an antique watch worn by Ishaan which can foretell the happenings of future-good or bad.

Ishaan Khatter also shared the trailer of the film on his official Instagram handle and wrote, "FURSAT” ⏳ A VISHAL BHARDWAJ MUSICAL An @apple short film, streaming NOW. Link in bio. Shot on iPhone 14Pro."

'Fursat' is a short-film made in the feature film format. The 30-minute musical's soundtrack has been composed by Bhardwaj and lyricist Gulzar, with vocalists like Sukhwinder Singh and Kailash Kher. 'Fursat' has been shot by cinematographer Swapnil Sonawane.

A traditional film camera comes with 10 people, 3 attendants and 10 boxes of lenses… you can’t move around. You can’t be quick. iPhone liberated me in that sense,” Vishal Bhardwaj said in a statement about the film.

This isn't the first time a film is being shot on an iPhone. Numerous attempts in Hollywood have been made regarding the same. The most-well known being when cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki, known for his work on Oscar-winning films 'Gravity', 'Birdman' and 'The Revenant' , made a film in 2021 using iPhone 12 Pro.

Earlier this year as well, Apple debuted a 17-minute short film titled 'Chinese New Year – Through the Five Passes', directed by Peng Fei. Like Fursat, this was also shot on iPhone 14 Pros.
