Bollywood filmmaker Farhan Akhtar, who is considered one of the most talented celebs in tinsel town, turned a year older on Saturday (January 9). Several B-town stars including Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma and Priyanka Chopra wished the multi-talented actor on his birthday. Farhan's girlfriend Shibani Dandekar took to social media to share a heartfelt post for him. She posted an adorable photo with the 'Rock On' star along with a heartwarming note.

Dandekar shared a snap with the birthday wherein they can be seen flashing their smiles while striking a pose for the camera. She called Akhtar 'the most incredible human' and the 'love of her life' in the caption.

Farhan, who was last seen in 'The Sky Is Pink' opposite Priyanka Chopra, expressed his love for his girlfriend in the comments section. He wrote, "I love you." Shabana Azmi's comment on the post is getting all the attention. The veteran actress commented, "Even though he gets omelette first."

Shibani also penned a heartwarming post for her sister Anusha Dandekar, who shares her birthday with Farhan. She shared a photo with her 'baby nush' along with the caption, "Baby nush have a super bday .. you persevered and powered through a difficult year and came out the other side with grace and strength .. do you always and have the best year ahead because you truly deserve it .. love you endlessly and so proud of you! live your best life little sis .. got your back always!"



Farhan and Shibani, who are going steady in their relationship, often share photos with each other on Instagram. For the uninitiated, the 'Don' director was earlier married to celebrity hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani. They have two daughters together- Shakya and Akira. The former couple announced their separation in 2016.
