Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham starrer ‘Pathan’ has been making waves ever since it was revealed that the film would feature the trio. The upcoming film will mark the comeback of SRK to the big screen after Aanand L Rai’s ‘Pathan’. Speculations are rife that Shah Rukh went into home quarantine after crew members of ‘Pathan’ tested positive for COVID-19. It was even said that the shoot of the highly anticipated flick was also halted after the crew members were found to be infected with the virus.
A reliable source has refuted the report in an entertainment portal, which suggested King Khan went into isolation as a precautionary measure after the crew members contracted the virus. The source called the report as ‘baseless’ and ‘fake’.

The source on condition of anonymity said, "All the crew members are staying in a hotel in Bio Bubble and no one has tested positive for COVID-19. The news of Shah Rukh quarantining himself is also incorrect."
"The shoot of 'Pathan' was going on smoothly. According to the schedule, there is a break on Monday and Tuesday and hence, there is no shooting for two days. The shoot for the film will start again post the break. If the Maharashtra government decides not to impose lockdown on Wednesday, then shoot will start again with all the stars of 'Pathan' as per the schedule," the source added.
The source also said the shoot is being completed according to the fixed schedule and one should not pay heed to the rumours.
ABP News also contacted Shah Rukh Khan’s team, who denied the rumours floating on the internet.
Talking about 'Pathan', the film went on floors in 2020. SRK and Deepika are working together again for the fourth time in their career. Their previous films- 'Om Shanti Om', 'Chennai Express' and 'Happy New Year' have performed quite well at the box office.
