New Delhi: Leading Indian production and distribution company Eros International and Hollywood’s fastest-growing independent media company STX Entertainment are all set to merge together to form Eros STX Global Corporation. The new firm plans to release 40 feature length films, including seven sequels to prior hits and 100 plus originals of episodic content in 2020. Eros STX Global Corporation, which aims to be a conglomerate of global entertainment content, digital media & OTT space, will trade publicly on the NYSE.

Eros International has one of the biggest libraries of Indian films in the word with over 12,000 digital rights.
