New Delhi: With its heartwarming story and amazing performance of the cast, Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki directed by Rajkumar Hirani has indeed touched the hearts of audiences across the world. The film has made a profound connection with audiences worldwide who are connecting unanimously.
Attracting a huge crowd of family audience to the theaters, Dunki has impressed audiences of all age groups. This has made the film set its strong place at the worldwide box office by crossing the 150 Cr. mark in India and the 300 Cr. mark globally in just 7 days for a single language film.
Red Chillies Entertainment, one of the production houses behind "Dunki", shared the the movie has grossed Rs 305 crore in globally.
"The Box Office is buzzing with your love for 'Dunki'," the production banner posted on Instagram.
The actor held an #AskSRK session with his fans on X as the comedy-drama completed a week of its release. It has earned over Rs 250 crore in gross box office collections since its debut last Thursday.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, "Dunki" is a saga of friendships, borders, nostalgia for home, and love. The film is Shah Rukh's third release for 2023 after "Pathaan" and "Jawan" When a fan asked what part of 2023 was best, Shah Rukh replied: "Not parts the whole 2023 was best!!" The 58-year-old actor also answered which was the hardest and the most demanding film for him among "Pathaan", "Jawan" and "Dunki".
"When u have to deal with varied emotions it's always more of a work for an actor. So Dunki it is (sic)" he said.
Dunki features an ensemble cast, with colorful characters portrayed by exceptionally talented actors Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover, along with Shah Rukh Khan. A JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films presentation, produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan Written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon, Dunki is now released on the big screen.
