The legendary 95 yr old Bollywood actor was admitted in Lilavati hospital on Sunday night i.e. 7th October following recurrent episodes of pneumonia and it was told yesterday that he is expected to get discharged today. A tweet from the actor's official handle informs that the actor has come out of the hospital already and back home now. However, the "doctors have adivesed him complete rest isolation for few days to prevent infection".

The tweet goes - "Allah ka shukr hai @TheDilipKumar Saab hospital se discharge hogaye Aur abhi ghar pohoch gaye hain. Doctors have advised complete rest isolation for few days to prevent infection. Thank you all for your prayers. More updates later. -FF"

Last month also, the actor was admitted to hospital for the treatment of mild pneumonia. Known as the 'Tragedy King of Bollywood', Dilip Kumar has given memorable performances in films such as "Andaz", 'Aan', 'Madhumati', 'Devdas' and 'Mughal-e-Azam'.
